Lorong Chuan MRT (CC14, Circle Line) is about a 6-minute walk. Serangoon MRT, an interchange with the North East Line, is one stop east, and Bishan, an interchange with the North-South Line, one stop west.
Australian International School borders the site, and Nanyang Junior College is about a 9-minute walk. Primary 1 registration distances are measured by the Ministry of Education from each home's registered address, along its own method.
The tender conditions require an early childhood development centre of at least 500 m² within each parcel's development. The arrangement for the joined site is subject to planning approval.
The land tender already fixes some facilities, and the facilities page lists them. The developer's full schedule goes first to registered buyers.
The plot ratio is 3.0, for a maximum gross floor area of 91,038 m². Parcel 1 allows up to 90 m SHD in High-rise Zone 1 and up to 100 m SHD in High-rise Zone 2; Parcel 2 allows 100 m to 110 m SHD.
